Welcome to CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services. By utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

        Definitions

Client: The individual or entity using the services of CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C.

Services: All services provided by CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C, including but not limited to car repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Vehicle: Any car or automobile brought to CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C for services.

        Eligibility

• Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• Clients must provide valid identification and vehicle registration documents.
  
  Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is available at the scheduled time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  Services Provided

We offer a comprehensive range of vehicle repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• General vehicle maintenance
• Engine diagnostics and repairs
• Transmission services
• Brake system repairs
• Electrical system diagnostics and repairs
• Air conditioning services
• Tire services and alignments
  
  Estimates and Authorizations

Estimates: We provide detailed written estimates for all repair work, which may be subject to revision during the course of the work due to its nature and type. The estimate will include the cost of parts, labor charges, and any additional fees. Please note that all estimates are valid for a period of 5 days from the date of issuance.

Authorizations: No work will be performed without the customer’s explicit authorization. By authorizing the work, the customer agrees to pay the estimated amount. Any additional work required will be communicated and authorized before proceeding.

     Payment Terms

• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Methods of Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
• Non-Payment: In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to retain the vehicle until full payment is received. This is in accordance with the “Right of Retention” under UAE law.

  Warranties and Guarantees

CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C provides a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period, which will depend on the nature of the work and the type of the part. Clients will be notified of the applicable warranty period at the time of service.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

   Liability

CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C is not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or personal belongings left in the vehicle, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is insured.

  Client Responsibilities

Vehicle Condition: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is in a safe and operable condition when brought in for service.

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove all valuables before leaving the vehicle with us.

    Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our privacy policy.

     Change to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the customer. Continued use of our services following any changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

     Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

     Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties.

Legal Action: If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

     Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

      Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Clients and CarCafe Auto Mechanical Services L.L.C regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
